Logistic Coordinator

About the role

ENERCON is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of its Material Management department. You will guarantee material availability for field teams, maintain efficient logistics processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process material orders according to internal procedures and enter data in SAP.
• Monitor and manage incoming requests from technicians and internal departments.
• Perform stock controls, ensure inventory accuracy and manage safety stock levels (MRP).
• Centralise and manage warehouse material orders for the Fleurus site and maintain relationships with local suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries, liaise with suppliers and transporters, and handle incoming goods with proper storage and quality checks.
• Prepare and organise shipments, coordinate transport, and assemble equipment kits for new employees.
• Manage specialised equipment (hydraulic, electrical, measuring tools, PPE) ensuring availability, compliance and traceability.
• Support technicians and planners with material‑related issues, SAP references, delivery tracking and order queries.
• Prepare reports on delivery claims, handle supplier claims, and manage returns to headquarters.
• Actively support VCA safety standards, warehouse safety procedures and participate in risk analysis.

Required profile

• Secondary education (general or technical).
• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar logistics role.
• Good knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with SAP (strong asset).
