Operations Manager – Distribution

About the role

bpost is evolving from a traditional postal operator into a regional digital leader in parcel logistics, with a strong focus on social and environmental sustainability. As an Operations Manager for Distribution, you will help shape and optimise the distribution network, ensuring efficient and reliable service for customers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of the second national language of the work location and basic English
• In‑depth understanding of bpost’s organisation, products, services, procedures and personnel administration
• Driver’s licence B
