Warehouse Manager – Logistics Operations Lead

About the role

Cpro Food is rapidly expanding and needs a Warehouse Manager to own daily operations and drive performance. You will lead a team of 8‑10 employees, manage budgets, and ensure the site meets safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse processes from goods receipt to shipping and truck loading.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and the full warehouse staff, including goal‑setting and succession planning.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as OTIF, picking productivity, order accuracy, damage rate and fleet utilisation.
• Manage site budget, operating costs and investments within defined limits.
• Drive continuous improvement of ERP/WMS‑supported processes and implement SOPs for D2C ramp‑up.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian labour, fire safety, EU feed hygiene and HACCP regulations.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience leading a warehouse or logistics operation.
• Strong knowledge of goods receipt, intralogistics, outbound processes and stock counting.
• Confidence with transport processes, including CMR documentation and carrier coordination.
• Fluent French (C1) and very good English (B2).

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Knowledge of CMR documentation for transport.
• Transport planning and carrier coordination expertise.
