Logistic Coordinator

About the role

As a Logistic Coordinator at ENERCON, you will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Material Management department. You will play a key role in guaranteeing material availability, supporting field teams, and maintaining efficient logistics processes for wind energy projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process material orders according to internal procedures and monitor incoming requests from technicians and internal departments.
• Enter and manage data in SAP, perform stock controls, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety stock levels (MRP) and coordinate warehouse material orders for the Fleurus site.
• Manage relationships with local suppliers, follow up on deliveries, and liaise with transporters.
• Handle incoming goods, conduct quality and quantity checks, register receipts, and manage supplier claims.
• Prepare and organize shipments, coordinate transport, and assemble equipment kits for new employees.
• Oversee specialized equipment (hydraulic, electrical, measuring equipment, PPE), ensuring availability, compliance, and traceability.
• Support technicians and planners with material‑related issues, SAP references, delivery tracking, and order problems.
• Prepare reports on delivery claims or anomalies, handle specific customer requests, and manage returns to headquarters.
• Participate in inventory processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and logistics projects.
• Actively support VCA safety standards, warehouse safety procedures, and risk‑analysis activities.

Required profile

• Secondary education (general or technical).
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar logistics or material‑management role.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of English (minimum).
