Lead Finance Analyst – Internal Reporting

About the role

This transformational position supports the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities within Johnson & Johnson's Finance Solutions & Technology organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager Internal Reporting, the role focuses on commercial reporting for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Product Volume Management (PVM) and Long‑Range Financial Planning (LRFP) as part of the multi‑year SigniFi finance transformation program.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced analytical and financial reporting solutions.
• Provide commercial reporting for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Product Volume Management (PVM) and Long‑Range Financial Planning (LRFP).
• Support the SigniFi global finance transformation program by enhancing reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager Internal Reporting and cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and timely insights.
