Key Account Manager – France

About the role
Glow25 is expanding into the French market and seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to build the business from the ground up. You will be the face of the brand in France, driving growth across drugstores, pharmacies, online retailers and selected grocery partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for France.
- Manage existing accounts and acquire new partners through tailored pitches and product range proposals.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, point‑of‑sale materials and sampling campaigns with the marketing team.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory and e‑commerce teams.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis and propose new distribution ideas.
- Represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across France.
Required profile
- Several years of key account management experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty or health.
- Strong understanding of the French retail landscape (drugstores, pharmacies, online and grocery).
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
- Structured, proactive work style with a hands‑on attitude.
