About the role
Twenty8 is looking for a Junior User Support Specialist to join a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. The role focuses on delivering day‑to‑day assistance to internal teams and supporting ongoing IT and business projects in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day user support and assistance to internal teams.
- Support project teams, including developers and business analysts, with operational and administrative tasks.
- Follow up on user requests, incidents and general coordination activities.
- Assist with documentation, reporting and communication between stakeholders.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of ongoing IT and business projects.
- Help ensure a high level of service and user satisfaction in an international environment.
Required profile
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Good communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and French.
- First professional experience in service desk, help desk, user support, administration, project support, or similar roles is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to support different teams with day‑to‑day activities.
