AI Architect

About the role

Join Sopra Steria’s Data & AI team as an AI Architect. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, helping clients transform data into strategic AI solutions that drive better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI architectures for traditional AI, generative AI and agentic AI use cases.
• Translate business objectives into concrete solution blueprints, reference architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Data Managers, Cloud and Security Architects, and AI Engineers to ensure technically sound and compliant designs.
• Make architectural trade‑offs, communicate decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and guide teams toward pragmatic solutions.
• Support clients throughout the full AI lifecycle, including use‑case definition, platform selection, MLOps, governance, monitoring, security, scalability and trustworthy AI.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in an AI Architect or similar role.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Proven experience guiding clients from AI ambition to production‑ready implementation.
