Junior Tax & Accounting Associate – Start Sep 2026

About the role

Join PwC's Tax & Legal Services team in Ghent as a Junior Tax and/or Accounting Associate. Starting in September 2026, you will work on real client projects, supporting both local and international businesses across a range of tax and accounting topics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior colleagues with corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and accounting engagements.
• Prepare and review tax filings, accounting records, and related documentation.
• Support payroll processes and contribute to tax strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Utilise data‑driven tools to analyse tax information and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a bachelor’s in accountancy, taxation, law, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Motivation to develop a career in tax, accounting or related advisory services.
