Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

ICF NEXT is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join a client‑based team in Belgium. You will work on a variety of visual projects for both digital and print channels, turning concepts into polished assets that support communication and branding goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create visuals for websites, social media, infographics, posters, leaflets and publication layouts.
• Develop digital assets such as banners, illustrations, icons, motion graphics and interactive elements.
• Edit and enhance photos, take event photography, and ensure visual quality across channels.
• Conceptualise and design data visualisations, report layouts and infographics from complex documents.
• Advise on visual communication strategies and maintain graphic standards.
• Produce visual identity materials and templates for special projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using online design tools such as Canva.
• Strong creativity, innovation and familiarity with user‑centred design principles.
• Photography experience and competence with photo‑editing software.
• English language level B2 (understanding, speaking, writing).
• Legal right to work in Belgium and ability to be onsite from day 1.
