Junior Full-Stack Developer (Angular / Spring Boot / Flutter)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Full‑Stack Developer to join a multidisciplinary team building a digital platform for transport authorization requests and field inspections. The role combines backend Java development, front‑end Angular work, and a Flutter Android app for inspectors, supporting the modernization of administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive web interfaces with Angular, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Create and maintain a Flutter Android application for field inspection tasks.
• Design, implement and secure REST APIs that connect the front‑end, mobile app and Oracle database.
• Participate in data migration activities and ensure data integrity in Oracle.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and containerize applications using Docker (and optionally Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement security controls, audit logging and role‑based access management following OWASP guidelines.
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in French (C2) and good command of English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
