Junior Financial Architect – Finance Officer

About the role

Atos is seeking a Junior Financial Architect to join its Financial Architect team in the BNN region (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the Nordics). The role supports complex bids, shapes commercial strategies, and works closely with sales, solution, and bid management teams to drive the financial side of deal‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse costs from solution teams, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate findings.
• Prepare structured financial analyses, models, and "what‑if" scenarios for internal governance and risk assessments.
• Develop deal pricing and commercial structuring aligned with win strategies.
• Support the creation of clear, accurate client submissions and presentations.
• Assist in client interactions, including meeting preparation and presentation delivery.

Required profile

• Few years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
• Analytical, structured, and curious about financial details.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and willing to challenge deal outcomes.
• Team‑oriented, able to thrive in high‑pressure, collaborative bid environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear messages.
