Junior Application Support Agent - Trainer

About the role

As a Junior Application Support Agent – Trainer you will combine technical assistance with training delivery. You will help end‑users resolve issues while also preparing and presenting training sessions on the company’s information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and deliver training courses for various stakeholder groups.
• Receive, log and triage user requests, incidents and questions.
• Provide first‑line technical support, investigate problems and determine appropriate actions.
• Maintain clear communication with end‑users and participate in meetings with development teams.
• Apply ITIL best practices to handle and document all service requests.
• Improve existing documentation, create FAQs and write user manuals and web documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience in user support or application support.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively within a team.

Required skills

• ITIL (knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices).
