Desktop Support / IT Support – Level 2 (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to provide Level‑2 support for client compute devices across a large‑scale enterprise in Belgium. The role is on‑site, working core business hours with occasional after‑hours duties, and involves managing Windows, macOS and Linux environments as well as related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert support for laptops, desktops, peripherals and accessories.
• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects and JAMF configuration profiles.
• Administer network services including WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook and Office applications.
• Configure and manage mobile devices (iOS, Android) via MDM solutions.
• Maintain video‑conferencing and Cisco collaboration equipment.
• Oversee enterprise printing infrastructure and high‑volume scanning.
• Participate in security incident response, imaging, malware remediation and forensic support.
• Plan and execute user/site relocations and migrations.
• Collaborate on endpoint compliance, patch management and device hardening.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of end‑user computing services.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in desktop systems administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
