Investor Relations Manager – Retail Bonds (Belgium)

About the role

Fastned, a European fast‑charging network, is expanding its retail bond programme into Belgium. The company seeks a commercially‑driven Investor Relations Manager who will become the face of the bond programme in the Belgian market, building and deepening relationships with individual and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective Belgian bond investors throughout bond rounds and between issuances.
• Leverage personal networks to identify and attract family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals and professional investors, expanding the investor funnel.
• Attend investor events and financial community gatherings to gather market intelligence and feed insights to Fastned’s central team.
• Collaborate with the Belgian marketing team to ensure investor‑focused messaging aligns with local market dynamics.
• Support the execution of bond sales processes, including documentation, due‑diligence and post‑sale investor service.

Required profile

• Senior professional with at least 3 years of experience in private banking, wealth management or a comparable client‑facing financial‑services role.
• Proven ability to mobilise an extensive, high‑quality network across the Belgian investment landscape.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and patience to develop long‑term trust with investors.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting fundraising targets.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Belgian investor community, including family offices and HNWIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
