Integration and Automation Engineer

About the role

As an Integration and Automation Engineer you will design, build and maintain enterprise‑scale integration solutions that enable systems to communicate securely and efficiently. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into automated workflows and guide clients through technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test complex integration scenarios using leading iPaaS platforms.
• Model and optimise business processes in collaboration with analysts.
• Lead integration‑focused projects covering API management, data, application and event‑driven integration.
• Collaborate with diverse clients, including public‑sector organisations and international enterprises.
• Contribute to the internal integration community by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience delivering large‑scale integrations for systems such as SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Business process modelling and automation.
