About the role
Falk & Ross, a leading European textile wholesaler, is looking for a trilingual Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the Netherlands, France, and English‑speaking markets. You will be the primary voice of the company, generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships through outbound and inbound communications.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by contacting prospects via phone, email, and video calls.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and upselling.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide detailed product information.
- Demonstrate the full Falk & Ross product portfolio and promote new items and promotions.
- Use the CRM to qualify leads, plan outreach, and track pipeline progress.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report insights to the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, call activity, and conversion rates.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of inside sales experience.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (must use all three daily).
- Detail‑oriented with a “right first time” mindset.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Team player who actively participates in meetings and shares updates.
- Eager to learn about the company’s products and industry.
- Continuous‑improvement mindset, identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
