Account Executive – Belgium

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new‑business development for CM.com’s Engage platform in Belgium. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and continue to nurture the accounts you win.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of Belgian prospects across e‑commerce, retail, finance, logistics and media.
• Conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close deals for the Engage proposition.
• Represent CM.com at events, deliver keynotes and present the platform to C‑level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales, product and local account managers to ensure smooth hand‑over and ongoing account growth.
• Use AI‑powered tools such as Claude Cowork to improve sales processes and share best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Sales, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience managing full B2B sales cycles, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with both in‑person and video meetings.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
