Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow revenue across our portfolio of IT products, services, and hardware solutions. Working primarily from the office, you will engage customers and prospects via phone, email, and digital channels, building relationships and converting opportunities into business results.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a portfolio of customers and prospects.
• Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through phone, email and other digital channels.
• Drive outbound prospecting activities to expand the customer base.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT products, services, and solutions.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely offers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, CRM updates, and administrative follow‑up of sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good command of English.
• Strong interest in IT, technology, and digital solutions.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working towards targets.
• Previous experience in inside sales, business development, telesales, or account management is a strong asset.
