HRIS Workday Consultant

About the role

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to join its global HR transformation practice. You will work closely with client business teams to design, configure, and deliver enterprise‑scale Workday solutions that meet their HR and HCM needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Workday solutions from offer stage through production support.
• Act as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester and Trainer across implementation phases.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into configuration options.
• Provide end‑user training and support post‑implementation.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of HR Path’s service propositions.
• Travel to client sites and attend global events as required.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of Human Capital Management and HRIS concepts.
• Proven experience implementing technology‑enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, design documentation, and user acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated project experience following Workday methodology.
