Key responsibilities

• Write engaging vacancies and craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
• Actively source candidates through databases, job fairs, networking and other channels.
• Screen, interview and manage the recruitment process, including technical tests and assessments.
• Collaborate with VeroTech teams to align recruitment efforts with client needs.
• Build and maintain a proactive network of engineering professionals.
• Negotiate offers and handle salary and package discussions.
• Facilitate onboarding to ensure new hires experience the full VeroTech environment.
• Participate in projects that shape the talent acquisition process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
• Proactive, result‑oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English; French is a plus.
• Interest in technology and eagerness to connect with R&D and engineering professionals.
