HR Data & Technology Internship

About the role

Join PwC's Human Resources – HR Excellence and Innovation, HRIS team in Brussels as an HR Data & Technology intern. You will work at the intersection of people, data, and technology, gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑leading tools and global HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Workday, PwC’s core HR platform.
• Contribute to HRIS projects, including GenAI use cases, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document and enhance HR processes and workflows for clarity and scalability.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and HR analytics to turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams on HR technology and innovation.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise HR processes, improving speed and user experience.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Available for a minimum 3‑month school internship.
• Strong interest in HR technology, data analytics and digital innovation.
• Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset with good communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with solid English proficiency.
