Head of Operations

About the role

Monizze is looking for a Head of Operations to shape and execute the operational strategy that supports its rapid growth. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to customers, partners, merchants and beneficiaries while turning operations into a strategic business enabler.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate and implement a scalable operations strategy aligned with company ambitions.
• Translate corporate goals into clear operational priorities and road‑maps.
• Ensure operational excellence across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Anticipate future operational challenges and continuously raise operational maturity.
• Build and lead a high‑performing Customer Operations organisation, including Customer Care Team Leads and Experts.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance to optimise customer journeys.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations management, preferably in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and analytical mindset.
• Customer‑obsessed attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to design and scale processes, teams and organisational structures.
