Hospitality Hero

About the role

YUST is looking for a lively and enthusiastic Hospitality Hero to join its hotel team in Antwerp. Working closely with the Hotel Manager and Operations Manager, you will be the first friendly face guests encounter and help create a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑office operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs and related administration.
• Address guest complaints, technical issues and any on‑the‑spot problems.
• Provide guests with fun, friendly information about local attractions, bars and favorite spots.
• Ensure every short‑stay and long‑stay guest feels comfortable and well‑taken‑care of.
• Handle peak periods calmly and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Affinity for YUST’s co‑housing concept.
• Social, motivated, flexible and proactive attitude.
• Can‑do mentality and willingness to take initiative.

Required skills

• Fluent in Dutch (reading, writing, speaking).
• Good knowledge of English and/or French.
