Kids Camp Coordinator

About the role

The Kids Camp Coordinator ensures the safety and enjoyment of campers at Camp Seafire, a luxury resort program. You will help design, plan and deliver engaging activities while providing high‑end customer service to guests and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of all campers and enforce camp rules and emergency procedures.
• Assist in creating and coordinating daily camp programs, crafts, indoor and outdoor games, and water activities.
• Promote Camp Seafire throughout the resort and deliver personalized luxury service to internal and external guests.
• Manage large groups of children, oversee the camp facility, and handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence and record keeping.
• Participate in additional projects and duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in children’s camps, clubs for luxury hotels, or teaching in the Cayman Islands (with teaching licence).
• First‑aid, CPR and child‑protection training (including Darkness to Light) are mandatory.
• Comfortable swimming and willing to join water‑based activities.
• Friendly, energetic, outgoing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks.
• First‑aid certification.
• CPR certification.
• Child‑protection training.
• Ability to swim.
