Guest Relations Internship

About the role

The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is looking for a Guest Relations Trainee for an internship of at least five months, starting in June 2026. The trainee plays a key role in shaping guests' overall experience, working alongside the reception team and learning the hotel's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with guests, anticipate their needs and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
• Occasionally assist with check-in and check-out procedures and provide personalised help
• Foster meaningful conversations and a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Support the reception team and gain a broad understanding of hotel operations

Required profile

• Proficiency in English; a good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
• Enrolled in a hospitality school or similar programme
• A strong passion for customer service
