Growth & Revenue Marketeer

About the role

As a Growth & Revenue Marketeer you will own the entire customer lifecycle – from first demand spark to activation, adoption and upsell. You will turn commercial priorities into data‑driven acquisition and retention tactics while directly influencing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end campaigns that generate qualified demand and move the pipeline.
• Define target audiences, messaging angles, customer journeys and calls‑to‑action.
• Create and adapt campaign assets such as emails, nurture flows, landing pages and conversion copy, using AI tools daily.
• Coordinate activation across paid, owned and organic channels and work with external paid‑media specialists.
• Analyse funnel and channel performance to identify drop‑off points and run practical experiments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Account Management and Customer Care to improve lead quality, onboarding, cross‑sell and upsell.
• Transform performance data into actionable next steps and improve marketing‑generated pipeline, CAC and ROI.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer comfortable with full‑cycle campaign ownership.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into concrete actions.
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, product and customer‑care teams.
• Proactive experimenter who enjoys testing audiences, propositions and channels.
