Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support the European Commission’s communication, publication and visual identity needs. Based in Evere, Brussels, you will create high‑quality print and digital assets while ensuring strict compliance with established branding guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual materials for print and digital channels, including reports, brochures, leaflets, posters and invitations.
• Develop creative concepts that align with communication objectives and adapt existing assets for various formats.
• Create web‑optimized visuals for websites, social media, newsletters and online campaigns, including simple animations.
• Produce infographics, charts and diagrams to translate complex information into clear visuals.
• Prepare print‑ready files, conduct quality control and liaise with printing providers.
• Implement feedback, ensure consistency with branding guidelines and deliver final assets in required formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience covering both print and digital media.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work under supervision.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Experience handling confidential information and working in structured environments.
