Graduate Financial Risk Reporting – Luxembourg

About the role

The European Investment Bank is looking for a graduate to join its Group Financial Risk Department in Luxembourg. You will support the development and continuous improvement of risk metrics, reporting and data quality across Treasury & Liquidity, Asset & Liability Management and Risk Data & Processes divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in migrating daily liquidity risk reporting to interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Help implement econometric models (e.g., stress testing, ESG scoring) on a Python‑based platform.
• Perform data checks, reconciliations, data extraction and creation of reports and dashboards.
• Support monitoring and reporting of the Bank’s FX and interest‑rate positions.
• Contribute to ALCO and Management Committee topics such as pre‑payment option spread and liquidity risk premium.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field.
• Willingness to rotate among Treasury & Liquidity, Asset & Liability Management and Risk Data & Processes units.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with senior colleagues.
• Interest in an international, multicultural environment.
