About the role

We are seeking a Gaming Sales Manager to drive growth for mobile gaming and influencer marketing solutions. Based remotely, you will build strategic relationships with gaming publishers, brands, and content creators across international markets, shaping campaigns that influence global gaming trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales initiatives to acquire new clients within the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Maintain a robust international pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and relationship management.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, close partnership agreements, and ensure long‑term business objectives are met.
  • Research emerging market opportunities and expand business development efforts globally.
  • Collaborate with internal campaign, marketing, and account teams to guarantee successful client onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, strategies, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • At least 1 year in sales, business development, account or campaign management within influencer marketing.
  • Strong B2B sales track record with proven revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
