Fullstack Software Engineer – Product Platform

About the role
Alan is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join its Product Platform team. You will help build reusable internal services that power multiple product flows, enabling product crews to ship faster and more reliably.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core APIs and systems such as payment, messaging, document processing, and pricing engine.
- Contribute to shared platforms, including a centralized AI platform adopted across product areas.
- Build operational tooling, dashboards and automation to improve reliability, observability and scalability.
- Ensure consistent user experience by creating shared layout systems, navigation patterns and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with product crews to encapsulate complexity and expose clear, simple interfaces.
Required profile
- Strong software engineering background with experience building full‑stack applications.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment.
- Commitment to high standards, ownership of decisions and results.
