Fullstack Engineer (Python, Next.js & AWS Serverless)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Fullstack Engineer to join a fast‑growing construction‑tech startup in Ghent. You will help shape a modern, event‑driven platform that modernises the construction industry through sleek user experiences and scalable serverless architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a high‑performance Next.js frontend with a strong focus on UI/UX.
• Build and maintain a serverless backend on AWS, including Lambda functions and DynamoDB tables.
• Integrate AI and large language model features to automate construction workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define the technical roadmap.

• Self‑motivated developer who takes ownership of the product from concept to production.
• Passionate about both front‑end polish and back‑end reliability.
• Enjoys working in a startup environment with rapid iteration.
