Full Stack Engineer – Decentralized Tech

About the role

This is a high‑impact Full Stack Engineer position within a fast‑evolving decentralized technology ecosystem. Based in Belgium, you will work on both user‑facing applications and the core infrastructure that powers them, collaborating with product, developer relations, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end full‑stack products, including consumer apps, developer tools, and internal platforms.
• Build and maintain high‑performance backend services and APIs for large‑scale decentralized applications.
• Develop developer‑facing tools such as SDKs, CLIs, libraries, and starter kits.
• Create internal tooling to improve engineering velocity and system reliability.
• Own features from rapid prototyping through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical outputs with go‑to‑market needs.
• Identify ecosystem gaps and proactively design solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across all stack layers.

Required profile

• Strong experience with TypeScript across the full stack.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with high ownership.
• Interest or understanding of blockchain, crypto, or on‑chain systems.
• Comfortable balancing fast prototyping with long‑term production hardening.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth technical environments.
