Full Stack Developer – React/NextJS

About the role

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support its digital workplace domain. You will work on migrating, supporting, and maintaining an in‑house communication platform while collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the migration of the existing platform to SitecoreAI.
• Conduct regular code reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Optimize platform performance through caching, database tuning, and CDN/WAF improvements.
• Enhance observability by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting using Application Insights or Azure Monitor.
• Participate in defining and adopting incident and change management processes.
• Document technical and security changes in line with governance and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of frontend development experience with React and Next.js.
• 2+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• 1+ years of backend development experience with Python and FastAPI.
• 1+ years of experience with a Node.js headless CMS and TypeScript.
• Experience deploying services in the Cloud and setting up DevOps pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English with active knowledge of French or Dutch.
