About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Front Office Day and Night Receptionist, delivering exceptional guest experiences around the clock. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring seamless check‑in, check‑out and all guest interactions during both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle night‑time front desk duties, including security monitoring and incident response.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, providing personalized service.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and front‑desk logs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
