Front of House Guest Services Associate

About the role

The Front of House Guest Services Associate delivers exceptional guest experiences across all front‑of‑house areas of a luxury resort, including reception, concierge, guest relations and bell services. The role blends guest registration, telephone handling, luggage assistance and personalized concierge support to ensure every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with professionalism and accuracy.
• Answer all phone calls promptly, providing complete and correct information.
• Manage special requests, VIP assignments, and pre‑assign rooms.
• Assist guests with luggage, deliveries and coordination of amenities.
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, entertainment and other hospitality services.
• Maintain a follow‑up log for concierge communications.
• Complete shift checklists and attend departmental meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in concierge or front‑of‑house roles within a luxury resort.
• Flexible schedule with availability evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems such as Opera, Alice and HOTSOS.
