French‑Speaking Rent‑a‑Car Consultant – Relocation to Sofia

About the role

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a French‑speaking Rent‑a‑Car Consultant to join its Sofia office. You will be the main point of contact for French‑speaking customers, guiding them through the entire rental process and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle French‑language inquiries, bookings and issue resolution.
• Manage vehicle pick‑up, return and inspection procedures.
• Explain rental terms, conditions and policies clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to keep the fleet available and maintain service standards.
• Stay informed about fleet updates, promotions and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French; English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or the car‑rental industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and rental‑management software.
