Founding Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Exhibitly is building an AI‑powered suite to transform the $60B events industry. As a Founding Full‑Stack Engineer you will help create the next generation of tools that attract, engage, and convert event audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship end‑to‑end product features, from backend architecture to frontend UX.
• Build new products from scratch, including search, dashboards, AI‑driven interfaces, and data‑heavy flows.
• Shape the technology stack, workflows, and technical standards alongside the founders.
• Own the full lifecycle of features – spec, development, staging, and production.
• Scale infrastructure to support rapid growth while avoiding unnecessary technical debt.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, high‑ownership environments.
• Clear communicator with strong product intuition.
• Motivated to work directly with founders and influence product direction.
