Founding Account Executive

About the role

ImpactPilot is a HubSpot‑native customer success platform that helps CS teams detect churn risk, track milestones, and prove their impact to leadership. Backed by fresh funding and a worldwide customer base, the 7‑person early‑stage team is seeking its first dedicated commercial hire to build an outbound engine from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Jump on inbound leads and manage a top‑500 tiered account list.
• Build and own your own pipeline end‑to‑end, running outbound across LinkedIn, email and ABM target lists.
• Multi‑thread within target accounts, engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Participate in social selling and represent ImpactPilot at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine ICP, messaging and sales process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
• Proven outbound experience building pipelines from scratch.
• Early‑stage/startup background comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
• Disciplined pipeline management and strong multi‑threading instincts.
• Energy for face‑to‑face selling at events.
