Food & Beverage Trainee (All Rounder)

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Food & Beverage Trainee and embark on a hands‑on journey in hospitality. You will support the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring guests receive first‑class service while gaining exposure to all aspects of hotel food and beverage management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage service areas.
• Respond promptly and positively to guest enquiries and requests.
• Execute assigned duties in a timely, professional manner.
• Contribute to departmental plans, targets and cost‑control initiatives.
• Collaborate with supervisors to manage inventory and productivity.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to propose creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and a drive for excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and experience using IT systems.
