Food & Beverage Intern – Restaurant/Bar

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Intern to join the restaurant and bar team at our hotel. The internship lasts a minimum of six months and offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant and bar staff in daily operations, including service, setup, and clean‑up.
• Support guest interactions to ensure high satisfaction and memorable experiences.
• Help maintain inventory, stock levels, and basic ordering procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to coordinate smooth service flow.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university or school and able to provide an internship agreement.
• Positive “Yes, I can!” attitude with flexibility and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills in French or Dutch and English.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to create extraordinary guest experiences.

Required skills

• Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
