Floor Manager – 35 h/week

About the role

As a Floor Manager at COS you will lead a dedicated team to create an inspiring, personalised shopping experience that drives sales and reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly while acting as a brand ambassador for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice, deep product knowledge and an engaging store atmosphere.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store/Concession Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and coach Sales Advisors to consistently meet service and visual standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to individual development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with COS brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store/Concession Manager role when required to maintain continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store operations and standards, preferably within fashion retail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a genuine passion for the product range.
• Strong communication skills, able to give clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑leadership experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Analytical thinking with an understanding of key retail KPIs.
• English language skills preferred but not mandatory.
