About the role

Join PwC's Financial Services team in Brussels as a Senior Associate focused on banking. You will support leading banks, insurers and payment institutions in navigating regulatory change, digital transformation and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in implementing new regulations across governance, processes, people and technology.
• Analyse the impact of regulatory and market changes on operating models and recommend transformation pathways.
• Design and optimise target operating models, process flows and data‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Provide insights on emerging risks, technology trends and client‑centric strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, law or a related field.
• Strong interest in banking regulation, risk management and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across client sites, PwC offices and remote environments.
