Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join Kronos by EPSA, a consulting firm that helps leading companies improve procurement, finance and project performance. The role will support a variety of projects across finance, supply chain and innovation financing, delivering high‑impact analysis and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the full financial cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.
• Conduct performance reviews with business and management stakeholders to identify short‑, medium‑ and long‑term improvement opportunities.
• Drive analysis, formulate recommendations and follow up on action plans to enhance financial performance.
• Reengineer and improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design, develop and implement financial systems and tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Management or Economics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High learning agility, autonomy and flexibility in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch and/or French.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• User‑level knowledge of SAP (strong asset).
