Finance, Risk and Compliance Consultant in Financial Services

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Finance, Risk and Compliance Consultant to join its Financial Services practice in Brussels. The role supports CFO, CRO and CCO functions of leading banks and insurers, helping them adapt to new regulations, remediate audit findings and optimise their finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects that implement new regulatory requirements and address audit remediation.
• Provide advisory on organisational and technical optimisation to meet compliance standards efficiently.
• Lead project‑management activities, tracking both challenges and the impact of delivered solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest regulations and compliance trends, identifying related opportunities.
• Participate in business‑development initiatives and help sell innovative finance transformation projects.
