Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI training data for advanced language models. In this remote, project‑based role you will translate real consulting engagements into structured learning environments that enable AI systems to reason like human consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
