Event & Experience Coordinator

About the role

Olivia Garden Europe is looking for an Event & Experience Coordinator to translate brand strategy into immersive, real‑world activations. You will work closely with the Community & Communication team and cross‑functional partners to design, plan, and execute events that inspire professional hairdressers and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver brand activations, trade‑show experiences, and community initiatives that reflect Olivia Garden’s identity.
• Manage the full event lifecycle—from concept, budgeting, and timeline creation to on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless delivery.
• Build and nurture authentic relationships with hair‑care professionals, brand ambassadors, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand & Product, Distribution, and Operations teams to align events with business objectives.

Required profile

• Passion for the professional beauty industry and a strong understanding of brand experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, hybrid work environment with travel requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
