About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead high‑value SaaS sales initiatives across Fortune 500 and multinational accounts. Based in a remote‑first, fast‑growing technology company, you will shape strategic revenue growth and drive long‑term enterprise relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale enterprise sales operations targeting complex, high‑value SaaS deals.
- Own revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline generation and strategic account growth.
- Develop and execute long‑term account strategies to maximize enterprise revenue.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and deal inspection using MEDDPICC and value‑based selling.
- Conduct regular deal reviews, pipeline assessments and account planning sessions.
- Lead negotiations with procurement, legal, technical and executive stakeholders.
- Build trusted advisor relationships, delivering ROI models and compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success to support adoption, retention and expansion.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Mentor, hire and develop high‑performing enterprise sales professionals.
- Represent the company at industry events and strategic customer engagements.
Required profile
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational rigor.
- Excellent executive‑level relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence go‑to‑market strategy and drive business expansion.
Required skills
- Expertise in MEDDPICC and value‑based selling methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales processes.
- Advanced pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- Strong account‑based planning and deal inspection skills.
