Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role
Deel is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand its footprint in the global payroll and HR market. You will be the first point of contact for new enterprise prospects, driving inbound and outbound outreach to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new enterprise accounts through research, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Qualify leads by understanding prospects' onboarding processes and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the broader sales organization to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Deel’s sales playbook and technology stack.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong ability to engage multiple stakeholders at various levels within target organizations.
- Excellent communication and research skills to uncover prospect needs.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.
