Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define, maintain, and evolve our organization’s enterprise architecture. You will work closely with business stakeholders, domain architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that business needs are aligned with technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture in line with business strategy.
• Design business, application, data, and service architectures.
• Develop and support architectural roadmaps and their implementation.
• Assess the impact of new initiatives on the architecture.
• Promote architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with domain architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture reviews and validate major technical decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimise the information system landscape.
• Contribute to architecture governance and strategic transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in data and services architecture.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, business processes, and information systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective architectural solutions.
• Experience supporting large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
• Experience in the public sector is a strong asset; knowledge of the asylum and migration sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong organisational and collaboration abilities.
